Principal-Led
Execution
Provenance Ops delivers operating documentation and workflow fixes for newly accountable owners who need control faster than traditional consulting allows.
Who We Are
We are not a traditional consultancy. We are operators who build readable control systems for buyers who have just signed on the dotted line.
Operator-Led
Founded by operators who have run P&Ls and executed post-close transitions.
Technology-Enabled
We deploy modern tooling, but never at the expense of human judgment.
Buyer-Aligned
We only work with newly accountable owners who need speed-to-operability.
Our Values
Exact
We name the problem precisely. We define the fix narrowly. We measure the outcome clearly.
Discrete
We work inside our clients' operations without adding noise. Quiet competence is the standard.
Urgent but Calm
Post-close windows are short, but panic creates rework. We move fast without creating chaos.
Owner-First
Every deliverable is designed to be readable by the principal without translation or interpretation.
How Delivery Actually Works
We stay narrow on purpose: senior operators define the scope and review all deliverables, while structured workflows and targeted tooling help us document and stabilize operations faster.
Senior operators own customer framing, sprint boundaries, review standards, and final deliverables. Every Operating Graph and Weekly Brief is reviewed by someone who has run a transition before.
Structured capture workflows, systematic documentation processes, and carefully deployed tooling accelerate delivery while keeping human judgment at every critical decision point. We do not automate what we do not understand.
At the end of the sprint, the owner receives a readable Operating Map, a Living SOP Manual, a Dependency Map, and the first Weekly Operator Brief. Nothing is withheld. Nothing requires a second consulting engagement to interpret.
Working With Us
The first engagement is intentionally tight: one 30-day sprint, one owner-readable control layer, and one narrow workflow assist that proves the model on a real operating problem.
