All engagements are governed by separate statements of work that define scope, deliverables, and commercial terms. The website describes our services but does not constitute a binding offer.

All content on this site, including text, design, and branding, is the property of Provenance Ops or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission. Client deliverables are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Provenance Ops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if no payment was made.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
