Structure & Documentation
- Convert workflows into the structured Operating Graph.

- Build the Dependency Map to visualize risk concentration.
- Deliver Week 1 and Week 2 Operator Briefs.
Deployment & Handoff
- Deploy the first exception agent (e.g. Agentic CFO).
- Deliver the 90-day Priority Roadmap.
- Conduct owner handoff session and training.
- Begin ongoing Weekly Operator Brief cadence.
We Do Not Deliver Decks
The standard consulting model produces recommendations. We produce working systems. If it cannot be executed next week, it is not in our delivery.
